How to store kefir water:
• Consult our labels for each product. We craft them with you in mind.
• Never shake kefir water before opening.
• We do not use the forced carbonation, chemical stabilizers or preservatives that are used in many commercial products. RFD kefir water is alive and naturally effervescent.

What to do if your kefir water is very effervescent:
• Consult our labels for each product. We craft them with you in mind.
• Did you leave your kefir water in the car on a hot summer day? Did someone in your family do jumping jacks while holding a bottle?
• If your kefir water is too effervescent to open, try this:
• Make sure your kefir water is fully chilled by placing it in the coldest part of your fridge. Try the back not the door.
• Burp your kefir water over the sink by quickly unscrewing and re-closing the lid to allow air to escape. You are not fully opening the bottle lid.
• Next, chill in refrigeration for a while before opening and enjoying. This will release some excess effervescence.
